Job Description
We are actively seeking a qualified, high-energy Delivery Dispatcher to provide genuine customer service via the phone and text. You will answer calls, provide excellent product suggestions, guide the customer through the purchasing process, and route incoming orders to the appropriate driver. You will also be responsible for acting as a liaison between management, drivers, and customers as well as keeping the inventory up to date.
Hours & Location
This is a remote, work from home position. You must work well independently without direct supervision. You must be flexible with your schedule and willing to be on-call at times and weekends/holidays are a MUST.
Compensation
$13-15/hr to start, with monthly bonuses based on performance
Requirements
- Over 21 years of age
- 1+ years previous experience as a budtender and/or 2+ years retail sales experience
- Expert knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
- Work well independently (this is a remote, work from home position)
- Be punctual and consistent with their attendance
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
- Good decision-making skills
- Knowledge of local San Diego geography and traffic patterns
- Tech savvy, experienced with using GPS mapping apps, and strong in multi-tasking between apps
- Strong multi-tasking skills, can handle multiple calls, emails, text messages and tasks at once
- Maintain professional, positive attitude in a high-pressure environment
